This Policy is the basic information about the purposes, methods of processing and security of your personal data as a user of the website: www.invento.vc and www.inventocapital.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website). By reading the Privacy Policy, you will find out who is the administrator of your personal data, what personal data is collected by the Website, for what purposes it is used and how it is protected.

§1. Basic information.

  1. The administrator of your personal data is: INVENTO CAPITAL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice at al. Wojciecha Korfantego 138A, entered into the National Court Register under KRS 0000696004, with NIP: 9542782216, REGON: 368310511, with a share capital of PLN 60,000.00.

§2. Principles of data processing.

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:

  1. on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);
  2. honestly and reliably;
  3. transparent to the data subject (transparency);
  4. for specific purposes and not "in advance" (minimization);
  5. not more than needed (adequacy);
  6. with care for the accuracy of the data (accuracy);
  7. no longer than necessary (temporality);
  8. ensuring adequate data security (security).

§3. Purposes, legal bases and scope of data processing.

We will process your data:

  1. for contact purposes, in order to respond to your message sent to us directly by e-mail, via the form, via the Social Media channel or in response to a telephone contact on the basis of the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator related to the need to respond to you;
  2. for marketing purposes, solely on the basis of your consent;
  3. for informational purposes, to provide you with important information regarding the services you use through our Site;
  4. for the purposes related to our company profile in social media (such as Facebook / Instagram) on the terms set by the owners of a given media (portal) and to inform about our products, promotions and other news related to our business, which we consider to be our legitimate interest;
  5. for technical purposes using cookies (technical cookies), on the basis of the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, related to the proper operation and functioning of the Website;
  6. for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);
  7. for marketing purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for marketing purposes (marketing cookies);
  8. for the purpose of archiving telephone numbers, messages, e-mails, on the basis of the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest related to protection against claims;
  9. to analyze anonymous information. This is information collected through our Site, such as: information about your browser, operating system, device, time spent on the site, page transitions, clicks on links, approximate location, age range, gender. This information is anonymized, collected through the advertising and analytics systems of our partners. They do not allow you to identify and assign them to a specific user. We use this information for marketing, analytical and statistical activities.

We process your data in the following areas:

  1. if you send us a message by e-mail, via a form, Social Media channel or provide information by phone, we will process the data contained in this message. Providing us with data in this way is voluntary. You can ask us to delete this data at any time;
  2. if you like a post, leave a comment, write, react or otherwise join our profile in social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), we will process your data that you have provided in a given medium and to which we will have access. In order to end the processing, you can unsubscribe from our profile;
  3. other data that we process is the IP address and other data saved in cookies. It is you who decides to what extent we will be able to use cookies with your data. Providing us with data in this way is voluntary. You can change your preferences at any time;
  4. use APIs (application programming interfaces) provided by external partners to integrate various functionalities, such as maps, analytics, advertising or social media services. The use of these APIs may lead to the creation of additional cookies or the use of existing cookies to process user data. Third-party partners may store and process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

§4. We do not perform automatic profiling on the Website.

  1. We do not use automatic profiling on the Website in order to create marketing campaigns based on measuring user activity, thanks to which we would be able to direct the selected advertising material to a precisely indicated user.
  2. Although we use advertising systems of our partners (Facebook, Google), the information and data they obtain about your activity on the Website, on the basis of which we can create marketing campaigns, is not automatic profiling, because on their basis we are not able to make a decision in relation to you as a specific user. We can create advertisements only for groups of users, based on general statistical data provided by partners.

§5. Recipients of the data and the intention to transfer the data to a country outside the EEA or an international organization.

Depending on the purpose for which we process your data, the recipients of your personal data may be:

  1. state offices and other public institutions;
  2. the Website's software provider (hosting, server, domain);
  3. the entity providing programming services for the Website;
  4. an entity dealing with marketing services for the Website and servicing Social Media channels;
  5. provider of software for storing data and documents in the cloud;
  6. provider of software for managing cookies and the scope of processed data;
  7. if you have agreed to marketing cookies, your data stored in cookies will be transferred to our advertising partners (Facebook, Google);
  8. if you have agreed to analytical cookies, your data stored in cookies will be processed by the entity providing software for analyzing traffic on our Website (e.g. Google Analytics).

§6. Data retention period.

  1. We are not able to specify a single period for which we will process your data.
  2. If you have provided us with your data in a message sent by e-mail, phone, via a form or via social media, we will process your data until you submit a request to delete this data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have implemented the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

§7. Users' rights.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • access to the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to object;
  • the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the data processing takes place for the purpose of performing the contract by the Administrator, for the Administrator's compliance with legal obligations towards state institutions or for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).

  1. We use cookies on our website.
