The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:
- on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);

- with care for the accuracy of the data (accuracy);

- for the purposes related to our company profile in social media (such as Facebook / Instagram) on the terms set by the owners of a given media (portal) and to inform about our products, promotions and other news related to our business, which we consider to be our legitimate interest;

§4. We do not perform automatic profiling on the Website.

- Although we use advertising systems of our partners (Facebook, Google), the information and data they obtain about your activity on the Website, on the basis of which we can create marketing campaigns, is not automatic profiling, because on their basis we are not able to make a decision in relation to you as a specific user (e.g. showing you a specific advertisement). We can create advertisements only for groups of users, based on general statistical data provided by partners. We are not able to make a specific user see the ad we select based on activity data.

§5. Recipients of the data and the intention to transfer the data to a country outside the EEA or an international organization.
