The company is implementing a R&D project as a result of which it intends to develop a modern, automatic vault and deposit device, which will be equipped with functionalities so far absent in this industry in Poland and in the world. As a result of the project, Idealbox will be the only domestic producer of automatic vaults and one of 5 in the world, with a technological advantage in several areas. Innovation comes from a complete redefinition of the vault. Instead of a vault that needs to be opened, disarmed and a customer admitted, Idealbox is developing a vault that will automatically issue the customer a cache based on biometric identification (or some other advanced technology). As a result of such a change, the automatic vault will always be closed, which will minimize customer service by the staff.
