The project “Innoju Nutriotion” covers the market of healthy food. The project fits into the trends of a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition and the use of the so-called functional food that is important for maintaining health. Expanding knowledge about the positive properties of probiotics, vitamins and plant substances made their presence in food products common and very well received by consumers.
The aim of the project is to conduct research and development work to develop a recipe for a high-fiber snack product based on fruit expeller with the addition of probiotics and vitamins.
The developed product will be addressed to adults and adolescents over 15 years of age.
The company will implement its project in close cooperation with the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
